A medium sized back garden was in need of some help. I designed a new raised sandstone patio with brick walling. New brick edging created some attractive flowing lines around the edges of the lawn and linked up with the original brick lines existing around the old patio near the house. Large flower borders were created and filled with a contemporary palette of grasses and perennials and some shrubs. As usual, we like to always do our best to cultivate new flower borders, digging in lots of good stuff... and one year on (pics June 2022) I think we had excellent results. I'm really enjoying seeing this garden mature.
