This new build project in Dartmouth was completed in 2025. The clients had already sourced a fine summerhouse but were much in need of a new garden. Sandstone flagstones and composite decking are connected via a simple set of steps. Rendered walling serves to give us an upper and lower section to the garden, creating interest. A combination of evergreen backbone plants, long performing perennials and some deciduous trees helps to soften the hard landscaping and gives a pleasing balance to this courtyard garden.
